Cap Havekorst possesses more than 25 and over  years of demonstrated leadership, over $3B in transactions, and management abilities in providing cutting-edge project reporting systems from project development and production delivery to the construction process. His professional career roles include: vice president, chief operating officer, chief financial officer, project manager, senior right of way agent and relocation agent. Mr. Havekorst is currently serving as President/COO of Kona Residential Park for 2500+ Affordable Homes in Kona, Hawaii.  Mr. Havekorst has worked in the public government, real estate, real estate developments, entitlements, politics, financing,  renewable energy and technology industries. He has also been responsible for commercial property management, including sales, leasing, and private and public agency acquisitions and served as a principal broker, property manager and construction liaison for more than 400 units. Additionally, Mr. Havekorst is an expert in renewable energy (solar and battery storage), project management and financing. He is highly experienced in project administration, management and real estate transactions, and has evaluated appraisals for up to $285 million in California and $878 million in Hawaii. Mr Havekorst draws from extensive Right of Way Experience with the County of Maui and also the Honolulu Authority for Rail Transit (HART) as the acquisition manager whom was responsible for over 20.9 Miles of land for the project. Mr Havekorst holds a degree from USC in 1986 in Business Administration with a Minor in Entrepreneurship. His Fortune 500 P&L responsibility is in excess of $3Billion US dollars. Magnum is also involved as a Sponsor in 1139 acre major project in Kaloko, Kona Hawaii and others to be announced. Over $3,500,0000,000 in Transactions Globally.
